Description of Service

The Intentional Spouse Club is a faith-based, monthly marriage enrichment subscription. The Inbox Edition, delivered by email, is available now. The Doorstep Edition, which delivers the same monthly content by physical mail, and Club merchandise, are planned for future release. We may add, change, or discontinue features or offerings at any time.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for married adults age 18 and older. By joining the Club, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Membership, Subscriptions, and Billing

Membership is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Monthly memberships renew automatically each month and may be canceled at any time; canceling stops future billing but does not refund any payment already made for the current billing period. Annual memberships are billed once per year and are non-refundable once purchased, including if you cancel partway through the year; canceling an annual membership stops it from renewing the following year but does not refund the current year's payment. All payments are processed through our website and CRM platform, HighLevel (operating as GoHighLevel), and its connected payment processor.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content we provide as part of the Club, including monthly materials, printable keepsake pieces, our name, logo, and designs, is owned by The Intentional Spouse Club or our licensors and is provided for your personal, household use. Your membership benefit that allows you to invite another couple into your Club circle is a personal-use benefit intended for genuine relationship connection, not a license to redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially use our content. Outside of that invited-couple benefit, you may not copy, distribute, or share our content publicly or with people outside your household without our written permission.

Merchandise

Once available, Club merchandise (such as apparel, stickers, and accessories) will be sold separately from your membership and may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase, including pricing, shipping, and return details.

Not Professional Counseling or Therapy

The Intentional Spouse Club offers marriage enrichment content grounded in our understanding of Christian faith and Scripture, for educational and inspirational purposes only. It is not counseling, therapy, or professional relationship, medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you and your spouse are experiencing a serious relationship crisis, abuse, or a mental health emergency, please seek help from a qualified professional or, in an emergency, your local emergency services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and content lawfully and not to interfere with our services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use any automated means to scrape, copy, or reproduce our content beyond what these Terms allow.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Club will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome in your marriage, and we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Intentional Spouse Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and our total liability for any claim relating to your membership will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Third-Party Services

Our website, forms, and payment processing are provided through HighLevel (GoHighLevel) and its connected payment processor. Your use of those systems is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Club if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time as described above.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the Effective Date above updated accordingly. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to that venue.
