When you sign up for the Inbox Edition or otherwise join the Club through our website, we collect the information you provide directly, which currently includes your name and email address. If you complete a purchase, our payment processor collects your billing and card information as described under "Payment Processing" below. If you order the Doorstep Edition once it becomes available, or purchase physical merchandise, we will also collect the mailing address and any other details needed to ship your order.
We may also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit our website or interact with our sign-up form, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and general usage activity. This information is collected on our behalf by our website and form provider, described below, and is used for ordinary operational purposes like keeping the site secure and understanding how it is used.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to create and manage your membership, deliver your monthly content and any physical mail or merchandise you order, process and manage billing for your subscription, and communicate with you about your membership, including transactional messages and updates about the Club. We also use it to operate the automated emails and workflows that welcome new members and deliver each month's content, to maintain our own business records, to improve our website and offerings, and to comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Our website and the embedded sign-up form use cookies and similar technologies for ordinary functional purposes, such as remembering your progress in a form, keeping the site secure, and allowing the form to display correctly. We do not currently use these technologies for third-party advertising. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through our website and CRM platform, HighLevel (operating as GoHighLevel), and its connected payment processor. We do not directly collect or store your full card number; that information is transmitted to and held by our payment processor in accordance with its own security practices and privacy policy.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use HighLevel (GoHighLevel) as our website, customer relationship management, form, workflow automation, and payment platform. When you submit the sign-up form, your information is sent directly into our HighLevel account, which we use to manage your membership, trigger your welcome and monthly emails, and keep your record as a member. HighLevel's handling of information on our behalf is governed by its own published privacy policy. We only work with service providers who need your information to help us operate the Club.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described in this Policy who help us run the Club, when required by law or legal process, or when necessary to protect our rights, our members, or the public.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain a member or a prospective member on our list, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to stop sending you marketing emails, correct information we hold about you, or request that we delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep, by calling us at 480.469.6177. The Intentional Spouse Club is intended for married adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
